Built around 1800 with a rich history stretching back a further 200 years Fludha was built to reflect colonial influences in the Americas. Back then the house had a separate cottage for servants accommodation and a stable block. Now, after serving as Dumfries and Galloways only 5 star guest house for 15 years we are no longer open as a Guest House. BUT, the Good News is that now you can stay (on a self catering basis) in the comfort of the fully self contained converted stables and enjoy your own home from home facilities. Accommodating upto 4 people in two ensuite bedrooms
